Opening its doors in November 2023, the resort has so many different activities for guests, catering to nature lovers, families, and those who just want to relax. They have a nature playground and Camp DW for the little explorers plus storytelling sessions and smores for the entire family to enjoy together!.

How Far Is Dollywood From HeartSong Resort?
HeartSong Resort is just a short 4 minute drive away from Dollywood. The Resort has a free, convenient shuttle service to and from Dollywood. This service runs on a schedule and follows specific routes, ensuring that you and your family can effortlessly travel between the resort and the theme parks.
How Much Does It Cost to Stay at HeartSong Resort?
On average, prices per night at the resort range from $150 to $400, sometimes even higher depending on the time of year and room type. During high seasons (like summer break), prices are normally more expensive due to high demand. Remember If you are a Passholder, you will always get a discount when booking!.
They do run many promotions through the year for both resorts. If you have the flexibility of visiting at any time, you should keep an eye on the Dollywood Website for special promotions and to check rates.

Resort guests with a valid admission to Dollywood and/or Dollywood’s Splash Country gets priority access to the parks! (based on their ticket type and reservation stay dates).
Complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver Pass
Resort guests with a valid Dollywood ticket get a complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver Pass ( Fast Pass ). This pass lets you get on select rides without having to wait in the regular line and make daily show reservations.
Complimentary Door-To-Door Transportation
The Free Exclusive Resort Trolley makes it easy to get to and from the parks, dropping you off just steps away from all the fun! Riding the Resort Trolley also saves you the standard parking fee of $25 per day.
Complimentary Package Delivery
If you make purchases of $25 or more throughout the day from shops in the park, you don’t have to carry it with you all day. They can be delivered to the resort for you, for free. Just stop by the front desk at the resort when you return from the park, they will have your items there.
Saturday Early Entry
On Saturday Early Entry Days, resort guests with tickets can enter Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country one hour before opening to enjoy select rides. This is a great opportunity to get there before the crowds and make the most of your day!
(Saturday Early Entry is not available during Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas.)
What are Check-In & Check-out Times at the Resort?
Dollywood’s HeartSong Resort check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you get there early, don’t worry, there are lots of things for you to enjoy even before check in. The lobby offers a relaxing space with lovely touches to wait plus a huge fireplace. If you have little explorers, they can enjoy the playground or read a book outside, grab something to eat and much more while they get the room ready for you!
Parking Options at Dollywood’s HeartSong Resort
At Dollywood’s HeartSong Resort you get daily free self-parking!. They also have friendly valet staff ready to help if you prefer. Regular valet parking costs $25 per day and Premium valet is offered at $40 per day. Parking is limited to one space per room, and commercial, trailer, or RV parking is not allowed.

Camp DW is the heart of family fun!. Designed for kids of all ages, this program has different indoor and outdoor activities every day. Some activities are fun pool parties during the summer, S’mores Roasting in a Wood Burning Fire Pit, Arts and crafts and storytelling.
Storytelling in The Morning
Make Mornings Fun with Storytelling! Every morning at 10:30 a.m., Books come alive during this special family time. All of the book are from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

The standard rooms at the Heartsong Lodge & Resort are a cozy space for up to 4 guests. They have a 42-inch flat-screen smart TV and cable channels, high-speed internet access, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee/tea machine and a mini-fridge. The rooms also have a safe and charging stations.
Suites Option
Suites are perfect for families or groups who need a larger space.
